Programs that are using multiple resources to fund their operations have more to use for professional development

The profit in child care is 5% or less, even for programs operating their business as a for-profit operation.

Developing a high quality, educated workforce is a community issue, which requires community resources to provide quality child care.

You can inspire and train others on how to support higher levels of child care education for teachers in your community. The NC Institute for Early Childhood Professional Development's Institute Public Awareness Task group has available a resource called, Learning for a Lifetime ~ Revised Edition 2001
